• Unlimited music distribution to major streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube, Deezer, and other digital service providers
• Royalty tracking and management systems
• Publishing administration services
• Content management tools and promotional support
• Real-time analytics and detailed royalty reporting
• Fan analytics across multiple platforms
• Chart tracking and sync licensing opportunities
• Access to label signing opportunities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for Your Content
• Your Content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Your Content does not contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material

For any release uploaded, by approving and submitting, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of your agreement with Jamvana. You further agree to the following:

• You warrant and represent that you own or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all samples, musical works, vocals, and related compositions included in this release. You confirm that the label/artist has clear authority to distribute these materials to all partners selected on Jamvana.
• You warrant that you have obtained written permission from all original artist(s) and/or remixing artist(s) for this release to be distributed on all chosen platforms.
• You grant Jamvana full authorization to distribute this release, including its artwork, songs, metadata, and any accompanying materials, at its discretion.
• You acknowledge that Jamvana relies on your warranties and representations regarding rights, ownership, and permissions. You agree that Jamvana bears no responsibility or liability for any disputes, claims, legal actions, errors, or complaints that may arise from this release or its contents
• You confirm that all information provided (including artist names, song names, genres, audio files, release dates, and all metadata) is accurate and complete. You accept that not all partners are able or obligated to correct errors once content is submitted.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jamvana and its partners from any losses, damages, costs, or claims (including legal fees) arising from any breach of these warranties, misrepresentations, or your failure to obtain all necessary rights.

You may not use our Service to:

• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Attempt to manipulate streaming numbers, downloads, or other metrics artificially
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our express written permission

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

7.2 Service Modifications

Jamvana reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

8.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your content may remain on streaming platforms according to their individual policies.

8.2 Termination by Jamvana

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, payment obligations, and limitations of liability shall survive termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 Third-Party Platforms

We do not control third-party streaming platforms and cannot guarantee acceptance, placement, or performance of your content on such platforms.
